Real Time Europe is a non-governmental organisation based in Bulgaria, delivering quality training and non-formal education projects. We are primarily focused on the Youth and Adult Sectors, as well as using participatory video and digital media as an educational tool. With its activities, Real Time in Bulgaria has further expanded the international network of Real Time Video based in the UK.
