In participation with Activate College, Real Time has been running the ‘Open Mind Digital Media Production Course’, a course open to the public with the aim of improving video, digital media and ICT skills of marginalised, isolated groups and adults with mental ill-health. The course has been running at The Rising Sun Arts Centre and also the Pilgrim Hearts Homeless Drop-in Project in Bracknell.

 

Along with basic video production competencies, the course has enabled participants to learn how to use 360 cameras, create a TikTok channel and content and improve social media awareness, undertake Infrared filming to capture nighttime nature shots, use jibs and gimbals, practise stop-motion animation and learn to edit effects.

 

If you’d like to take part in this FREE course, sessions run at the Rising Sun Arts Centre every Tuesday from 6-7 PM
